Claudia Proudlove-Carrara studied Art History and English at the Karl-Franzens University in Graz, Austria and at the Roehampton Institute in London, while also completing her Art Teacher Training at the Paedagogische Akademie Eggenberg, Graz. She went on to study for a Masters in Christianity and the Arts at Regent College, Vancouver, Canada where she had the privilege of taking a class with Chris Anderson (Till We Have Faces). In her final project at Regent College she focused on the connection between word and image in a lecture and exhibition on Women and the Kingdom of God: Visual Encounters in Luke's Gospel. Presently she works at home as the mother of a young toddler and is soon expecting the birth of her second child.
