Andrew Finnie

Andrew Finnie was born in 1957 in Sydney, Australia, and now lives in Newcastle where he studied Fine Art at the Newcastle Art School. A founding member of the Seven Painters group, he is a veteran of more than fifty successful exhibitions. His work has appeared on book covers and movie posters and can be found in both public and private collections. After working in traditional painting mediums for many years, he now specialises in digital media. In 2018 he exhibited a large body of his digital work to critical acclaim at Australia’s Maitland Regional Art Gallery.
